Wall Muse.
Terms of Use

The fine print, kept short.

Effective 28 August 2026 · These terms cover the Wall Muse app for iPhone and iPad and wallmuse.tv

By using Wall Muse you agree to these terms. They exist so both of us know where we stand; the spirit of all of them is: be reasonable, and so will we.

1. Who we are

Wall Muse is made and operated by Xavier Muhlebach (“we”, “us”). You can always reach us at hello@wallmuse.tv.

2. Your licence to use Wall Muse

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services, and do not use automated means to access the generation service outside the app.

3. Artwork you create

Prompts you write are yours. Artwork created from your prompts is yours to keep and use for personal purposes, including displaying it on your TV, and we claim no ownership of it. Two honest caveats about AI-generated images:

Do not use the generation service to create content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others. The underlying model also applies its own safety rules and may decline a prompt.

4. Free allowance, Pro and Boosters

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Unused artworks do not roll over. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Allowances exist to keep the service sustainable for everyone. We may take reasonable steps to prevent abuse of the free tier, such as circumventing counters.

5. Your TV and your network

Wall Muse talks to your Samsung Frame TV over your local network using Samsung’s own interfaces. You are responsible for using it only with TVs you own or are authorised to use. Samsung may change how its TVs behave with software updates; we work to keep up, but cannot guarantee every model and firmware combination forever.

6. The service

We aim to keep the generation service available, but it depends on third parties (Cloudflare and Google’s image models) and may be interrupted, changed, or rate-limited. We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change to these terms is material, we will flag it in the app’s release notes.

7. No warranty, and limits on liability

Wall Muse is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Wall Muse at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the generation service for breach of these terms, particularly abuse of the service or unlawful use.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Wall Muse and is not responsible for the app, though Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Australia, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to something else.
